We provide a full range of skilled home health, school nursing, IV therapy, and wound care services. Our nurses and caregivers—including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and Companions—are the heart of our mission: treat everyone like family.

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to join our leadership team. This role oversees clinical care and field staff operations, ensuring compliance, coordination, and excellence in every client experience.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations
• Oversee documentation of physician orders and start-of-care protocols
• Lead staff orientation, competency verification, and supervision
• Serve as liaison with hospitals, physicians, schools, and families
• Participate in field visits, spot checks, and quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate internal audits and infection control monitoring
• Provide direct guidance for problem resolution and escalations
• Support training, in-services, and continuing education
• Assist in Medicaid coordination and referrals
• Contribute to clinical operations reports and administrative planning
• Participate in quarterly reviews, governing body evaluations, and annual agency assessments

• Current RN license (Commonwealth of Pennsylvania)
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree accepted
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience
• Minimum 2 years in home health (preferred)
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• IndentoGO FBI clearance
• PA Child Abuse clearance
• TB screening (2-step PPD or chest X-ray)
